**Job Description: State Lead – Systems Demonstration (Punjab)**

**Position:** State Lead – Systems Demonstration (Punjab)
**Number of Positions:** 1
**Salary Range:** Rs. 11,00,000 to Rs. 12,00,000 CTC per annum
**Job Responsibilities:**
– Collaborate with government officials and stakeholders to advocate for education systems focused on thriving.
– Implement strategic direction by developing partnerships and curriculum that emphasize life skills, social-emotional learning (SEL), equity, and inclusion.
– Manage the Life Skills Curriculum in Punjab, identifying innovations and securing stakeholder approval.
– Liaise with educational departments to expand curriculum reach.
– Lead teams, provide guidance, and coordinate with external stakeholders to promote a life skills approach.
– Support internal research and monitoring & evaluation (M&E) efforts.
– Maintain databases on education policies and advocacy issues.
**Skills Required:**
– Fluent in Punjabi, English, and Hindi; knowledge of other Indian languages is an advantage.
– Strong managerial and leadership skills with experience in team management and government engagement.
– Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
**Experience:**
– Over 7 years of experience in the development sector, particularly in education.
– Familiarity with life skills and SEL is preferred.
– Prior work with government agencies is an advantage.
