Know our team.

Nutrition International’s Operations unit is a dedicated team of program implementation experts who are responsible for contributing to the overall management of NI’s field operations in Asia and Africa. This is a State position located in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The main purpose of this Position is to extend support to the Health and Family Welfare, ICDS, Education, Food and Drug Control Administration, Gujarat State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited and Food and Civil Supplies departments of the state government for the anemia control program namely the National Iron Plus Initiative (NIPI) and other micronutrient programs including the Adolescent Nutrition, Maternal and Child Nutrition National iodine deficiency disorder control program (NIDDCP), and Fortification of staples.

About you

You will have a master’s degree in statistics/social science/ developmental science or other related field and have at least 3 years of experience in data management and MIS handling.

You have an excellent ability to communicate and develop good working relations with government, internal and external stakeholders.

About the role

The State Monitoring and Reporting Officer will compile and analyze HMIS data, prepare a presentation on field findings and compile reports for appropriate and corrective actions by various state departments in Gujarat. This will include but not limited to:

• Development and Modification of MIS systems.
• Data Management and Analysis.
• Capacity Building of Government staff, NGO counterparts, and NI Staff.
• Reporting and Stock Assessment.
• Support the development of monitoring systems.
