Responsibilities:

  • Project design and development
  • Budget Management
  • Supervision of all the projects in the state of Karnataka
  • Project reporting and evaluation
  • Assist SH& CSR team for all proposal related tasks.
  • Project Monitoring
  • Impact assessment
    Any other programme related activities as per states requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • MSW / PG in social work / sociology with at least 8-10 years of hands on experience.
  • Should have excellent communication skills both written as well as oral
  • Should have good presentation and PR skills
  • Should be computer savvy
  • Should be sensitive to the cause of the organization
  • Remuneration will be as per HelpAge India’s overall salary structure and with skills and in line with those in the sector.
