The/Nudge is an action institute dedicated to building resilient livelihoods and alleviating poverty.  Working with diverse populations (women, farmers, tribals, and youth), they focus on rural development, agriculture, skilling, and economic inclusion.  Partnering with over 15 central and state government agencies, they’ve impacted 1.25 million people across 10 states with $250 million in government funding.  Their work also extends to supporting over 200 social entrepreneurs through an incubator, accelerator, and grand challenges program.  The organization is supported by a network of over 100 eminent philanthropists, 40+ corporates, and 15+ foundations, including prominent names like Gates Foundation, Mackenzie Scott, and Tata Trusts.  Their ultimate goal is a poverty-free India within a generation.

 

 

**Experience Required:**

 

Approximately 12-14 years of experience in fast-paced environments.  Significant experience in a Talent Acquisition/HR leadership role is essential.

 

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

 

* **Leadership & Strategy:** Develop and execute the overall talent acquisition strategy; lead and mentor the talent acquisition team; collaborate with senior leadership to understand workforce needs; implement efficient hiring processes for all levels; continuously improve recruitment processes and metrics.

* **Recruitment Operations:** Oversee full-cycle recruitment; build a strong candidate pipeline; utilize diverse sourcing techniques (social media, job boards, LinkedIn, etc.); manage relationships with external recruitment agencies.

* **Talent Acquisition Technology & Analytics:** Evaluate and implement new recruitment technologies; utilize data and analytics to assess recruitment effectiveness; create and present regular reports on recruitment metrics (cost per hire, time to fill, etc.).

* **Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:** Strengthen the company’s employer brand; drive initiatives to create a positive candidate experience; represent the company at industry events.

* **Budget & Resource Management:** Manage the recruitment budget; allocate resources effectively.
