I-PAC is looking for an ambitious and self-driven professional to join our HR team. The professional will be responsible to manage the entire talent acquisition and onboarding process for the organization, plan and fulfill manpower requirements for current and future campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the Recruitment process:

  • Collaborate with Team Leads to assess needs and create a recruitment plan for ongoing & upcoming campaigns
  • Identify and use the right source mix – managing job portals, alumni networks, internal referrals and activating vendor partners for optimum delivery
  • Manage ongoing candidate relationships, all throughout the hiring life cycle
  • Engage with Placement Coordinators across campuses to hire best young talent

Improving the recruitment process

  • Lead the Talent Acquisition strategic initiatives / programs aimed at improving the process efficiency at the organization level
  • Build capabilities to help reduce the time to hire (TAT) and improve the overall efficiency, yet optimizing the cost and budgets
  • Act as an advisor, creating synergy and agility of decision-making for adaptation of recruitment processes in accordance to business needs

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Have 5-8 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition
  • MBA graduate with a degree in Human Resources
  • Ideal candidate should have the experience of hiring for technical domain (IT, Technology, Data Analytics) as well as non-technical domain (Campaign, Digital Marketing, HR, Finance etc.)
  • Able to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders’ expectations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of using Job Portals (Naukri, IIM Jobs, LinkedIn etc.) will be useful
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and experience of bulk hiring
