Role Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic HR Talent Acquisition Specialist with a knack for hiring top-notch sales professionals, seasoned media professionals, and impact-driven individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition:
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for sales, seasoned media professionals, and impact-driven roles, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
• Sourcing & Networking:
Utilize various channels and innovative techniques to attract and engage high-caliber candidates including seasoned media professionals.
• HR Operations:
Assist in day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth processes and compliance with company policies.
• Employee Engagement:
Develop and implement engaging activities and programs that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Collaboration:
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and align talent acquisition strategies with business goals.
• Data Management:
Maintain accurate candidate and employee records, utilizing HR systems and databases effectively.
• Reporting:
Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to HR leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in talent acquisition, specifically in hiring sales professionals, seasoned media professionals, and impact-driven roles.
- • HR Knowledge:
Fair understanding of HR operations, policies, and engagement activities.
• Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in using HR software and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
