**Job Overview:**

 

The Talent Development Manager is a crucial role in our mission. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing talent development programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. 

 

**Job Location:**

 

New Delhi or Bangalore, India

 

**Responsibilities:**

 

* Develop and implement a comprehensive talent development strategy aligned with the Foundation’s strategic goals.

* Design and deliver high-impact training programs, including leadership development, technical skills enhancement, and soft skills training.

* Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and develop targeted training solutions.

* Develop and implement performance management systems to track the effectiveness of talent development programs.

* Facilitate coaching and mentoring programs to support employee growth and development.

* Collaborate with team leaders and managers to identify talent development needs and create customized solutions.

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in talent development and apply them to the Foundation’s programs.

* Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

 

**Qualifications and Experience:**

 

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Training and Development, or a related field.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in talent development or a related field.

* Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs.

* Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Passion for making a positive social impact.

 

**Preferred Qualifications:**

 

* Master’s degree in a related field.

* Experience in working with non-profit organizations.

* Experience in using learning management systems.
