The/Nudge is an action institute working towards a poverty-free India, within our lifetime. We partner with governments, markets, and civil society to build resilient livelihoods for all.  We are a collective of some of India’s best leaders and entrepreneurs from across the industry, academia, government, and development sectors, and our work is organized across three impact streams:

  • Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE): enables underprivileged youth to lead flourishing lives
  • Centre for Rural Development (CRD): enables rural families to come out of extreme poverty
  • Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): nudges top talent to solve India’s biggest challenges

At The/Nudge you will:

  • build strategy to attract talent which improves the talent landscape at The/Nudge
  • build a product to enable top talent to transition into the development sector
  • take ownership of team members’ learning and growth by providing and seeking timely insights and feedback
  • identify the talent requirements for various teams at The/Nudge and build strategy for actualising the goals
  • identification and mobilization of avenues which will help us source high-potential talent
  • lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts for leadership roles
  • build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • support in developing/optimizing processes to make the hiring process purposeful and efficient
  • design and drive critical projects which will enable us to hire outstanding talent for the organization.

Apply if you have:

  • around 12-14 years of exposure to working in fast-paced environments
  • experience in marketing and building brands
  • ability to coach and mentor team members and lead a team of high performing individuals
  • creative thinking abilities to bring continuous development/innovation to optimize processes and to create the best experience for candidates
  • passion towards bringing in and developing great talent for an organization
  • a strong outcome orientation and the ability to drive critical results within specific timelines
  • exceptional verbal and written communication skills
