**About the Role:**
We are seeking a Teacher Support Lead to drive outbound operations for Khan Academy India’s Teacher Support Team. This role involves planning and executing outbound communications, managing support agents, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be the voice of Khan Academy to our teacher and administrator stakeholders, ensuring successful implementation of our programs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop and execute outbound communication plans aligned with program goals.
– Manage dependencies with external stakeholders for outbound communications.
– Assess the financial impact of communications and maintain an updated teachers directory.
– Build new outbound support channels (e.g., email-based).
– Mentor and monitor support agents through feedback and reporting.
– Hire, train, and onboard support agents.
– Ensure proper knowledge management of support documents.
– Analyze teacher support data to surface insights and improve operations.
**Skills Needed:**
– **Data Skills:** Comfortable with exploratory data analysis and data-backed decision-making.
– **Communication Skills:** Strong oral and written communication in English and Hindi, ability to handle sensitive cases calmly.
– **Programme Management Skills:** Ability to create working-backward plans, drive projects independently, and anticipate risks.
– **Stakeholder Management Skills:** Influence without authority, manage conflicting priorities.
– **Bias for Action:** Favor action over inaction, curious to run experiments for improvement.
**Contract Duration:** 12 months
