Job Description / Role & Responsibilities

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our organization as a Teachers’ Trainer and Life Skill Education Trainer. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to conduct workshops and training sessions for teachers, develop lesson plans for students, organize seminars and workshops for professional development, establish STAR clubs in schools, and engage parents in support groups. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in education, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting positive behaviour and skills development among teachers, students, and parents.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct workshops for teachers on various topics, including stress management, conflict resolution, communication skills, anger management, and parenting skills.

2. Develop comprehensive lesson plans for classes that incorporate topics such as conflict resolution, communication skills, time management, critical thinking, 21st-century skills, and leadership skills for students.

3. Organize seminars, workshops, and annual gatherings to facilitate professional development opportunities for teachers.

4. Establish STAR (Science, Technology, Art and Reality) clubs in schools to promote positive behaviour and life skills development among children and teenagers.

5. Conduct seminars, workshops, and training sessions to enhance the professional skills and knowledge of teachers.

6. Develop and implement parent engagement programs to motivate parents to become active participants in the school community and support their children’s education.

7. Prepare detailed reports on the progress of STAR clubs and attendance at each session, documenting achievements and areas for improvement.

8. Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and parents to identify specific needs and tailor training programs accordingly.

9. Stay updated on the latest trends and research in education, life skills, and teaching methodologies to provide relevant and effective training sessions.

10. Maintain accurate records and documentation of training activities, evaluations, and participant feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

• Proven experience in conducting training sessions, workshops, and seminars for teachers.

• Excellent knowledge of educational principles, teaching strategies, and curriculum development.

• Strong understanding of life skills education, including stress management, conflict resolution, communication skills, and parenting skills.

• Ability to develop engaging and effective lesson plans for students of different age groups.

• Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in organizing and facilitating professional development programs for teachers.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in preparing detailed reports and documentation.
