**Job Description:**

 

FED seeks an exceptional Team Lead – Projects to contribute to its ambitious growth.  This high-energy role requires leading a team in developing actionable plans, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.  Responsibilities include:

 

* Conceptualizing and leading the execution of workstreams.

* Collaborating with leadership to implement work plans and achieve organizational goals.

* Stakeholder mapping and contributing to advocacy strategies.

* Fostering strong relationships with government and private sector leaders.

* Creating and publishing op-eds and other communication materials.

* Managing diverse operational tasks to support organizational success.

* Preparing documents and presentations.

* Generating progress reports.

* Project management and stakeholder coordination.

* Data analysis and insight generation.

 

 

**Required Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:**

 

* Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Economics from a top-tier institution.

* 6 years of relevant experience.

* Strong planning and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and deadlines.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, including presentation and facilitation expertise.

* Adaptability and responsiveness to changing priorities.

* Proficiency in working with large datasets.

* Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn in dynamic environments.
