Role Summary:
Location- Mumbai
Time Commitment -Full Time
Reporting to – Operations and Student Impact Manager
Compensation- 3.80 – 5.10 LPA (inclusive of EPF & Medical Insurance)
Key Job Areas:
Operations Management:
● Manage school and government stakeholders, especially teachers, principals, parents and District block education officers
● Induct and train school staff, parents and government officials and enable them to onboard students
● Coordinate with the school and government stakeholders to ensure students are doing activities consistently
● Conduct school visits and follow up with the teachers to collect data related to program
● Manage the availability of resources for students by coordinating with the central procurement team for dispatching the materials and with the teachers for distributing them delivered materials
● Support Monitoring & Evaluation in data collection and analysis for measuring impact
● Report program execution outputs and outcomes to the school and education officers periodically
● Participate in regular observations of the program execution and share feedback with the program team
Events Management:
● Plan and execute logistics for various TAP program events like hackathons, art exhibitions, inductions, meet-ups, etc.
● Coordinate with school for the participation of students in the TAP events
● Coordinate with teachers for regular showcases of students’ work in school through school notice boards, assemblies, Parent Teacher Meetings, etc.
Student Impact:
● Follow a data-driven approach to analyze ongoing program data and stakeholders’ feedback to understand problems and address them to improve the students access to and submission of the activities
Qualifications & Experience:
● Graduate/Postgraduate in any field
● 0 to 2 years of relevant full-time work experience across sectors/fellowships, preferably in roles that
required managing operations
● Any experience of working with children and varied teams
● Managed relationships with multiple stakeholders in any role

● Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets)

Compensation is provided at par with the sector benchmark for this position in alignment with the individual’s prior experience and qualifications.
