Role Summary:

  • Location – Pune

Time Commitment – Full Time

Reporting to – Strategic Partnership Manager

Compensation – 3.80 – 5.10 LPA (inclusive of EPF & Medical Insurance)

Key Job Areas:

New Partnerships Expansion 

  • Creation of pipeline of organizations for the TAP program 
  • Understanding the key decision-maker persona and requirement to pitch the appropriate solution matching their need
  • Conduct product demo and program discussions with the decision maker
  • Negotiate MoU and close agreements to maximize win-win for successful partnerships to TAP’s mission and handover to the Operations team
  • Maintain strong industry knowledge including but not limited to competitive offerings & customer aspirations (School Owners, Teachers, Parents, Students)
  • Engage with Ecosystem stakeholders (NGO’s, tech partnerships, student opportunity providers, government stakeholders etc.) to enable the setting up of formal partnerships that would benefit the scale/success of the TAP program
  • Existing School and Government Partnership Management :
  • Retention of partner schools
  • Report program execution outputs and outcomes to the partner periodically
  • Track and review partner data, reports on progress, impact and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders and possible use in future case studies or training 
  • Support the Operations team to plan and execute logistics for various TAP events like hackathons, induction, meet-ups, etc.
  • Follow-up with school PoCs to track revenue through accountability fees (wherever applicable)
  • Administer surveys and feedback forms to school leaders

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any field
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant full-time work experience across sectors/Fellowships, preferably in roles that required partner engagement
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Experience of working with children and varied teams

Compensation is provided at par with the sector benchmark for this position in alignment with the individual’s prior experience and qualifications.
