**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Manage stakeholder relationships and drive impactful conversations among sector leaders, funders, and NGOs.

– Lead collaboration with Alliance partners to achieve sector outcomes for safe and inclusive sanitation.

– Develop policy recommendations and evidence-based reports for national and state governments.

– Conduct research, data analysis, and propose improvements to current methods.

– Build and mentor the Urban Sanitation team, fostering intra-team collaboration and standard methodologies.

**Skills Required:**  

– Strong project management and communication skills.

– Proficiency in research and data analytics using tools like spreadsheets.

– Fundraising experience with trust and confidence.

– Effective relationship management and attentive listening skills.

– Passion for the development sector and community service.
