We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Leader in Fundraising. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of fundraising professionals and will play a critical role in executing our fundraising strategies to meet our organization’s goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of fundraising professionals and provide mentorship, coaching and support to ensure their success

• Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals

• Build relationships with key donors and stakeholders to secure funding for our organization

• Create and manage a fundraising plan, including budget and timeline

• Oversee fundraising campaigns and events to ensure they meet expectations and goals

• Collaborate with other departments to develop integrated fundraising strategies

• Analyze fundraising data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate fundraising progress to stakeholders

• Ensure that all fundraising activities are in compliance with ethical standards and regulations
