Reporting to: Deputy Director- Retail Fundraising

Role: The role of a field Team Leader is to ensure that the respective cities field campaign are working efficiently and team targets and individual targets are met. She/he needs to motivate the team so that the team meet deadlines as per the Organization Development Plan (ODP) and KPI.

Responsibility:

  • Should be able to acquire minimum of 10 one time donors individually.
  • Should be able to meet teams goal in One time and Regular giving donors.
  • At least 12 sign-ups per team member with minimum ask of Rs 650/-
  • The first debit % should be 80% for the team for Regular Giving.
  • Need to mandate 100% DCR.
  • Team must enroll 90% donors through online/E-nach.
  • Team should have above 75% debit ratio, Mandate.
  • Should prepare daily / weekly / monthly transactional report on field activity.
  • Should conduct briefing at the start and end of the day.
  • Complete filling the reports on time like Google drive checklist on time.
  • Team Leader should ensure average 25 working days for each BDE. Any deviation from these needs to be approved by the line manager.

  • Must be a team player and able to make quick decisions.
  • At least 4 years work experience with at least 1 year as Team Leader.
  • Motivate, inspire and lead team to achieve results.
  • Confident with positive attitude.
  • Should be ethical and work with utmost respect to all.
  • Be able to think, communicate and present information effectively.
  • Creative and adaptable.
  • Should be able to work as a mentor and coach for the team.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel& should have good presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of the city’s geography.
