- Min 2 to 10 years of IT programming experience
- Proficiency and must have 1-3 years hands on experience in frappe-framework.
- Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of database systems, particularly MySQL or MariaDB.
- Ability to analyse complex business requirements and provide effective technical solutions.
- Build full applications on Frappe framework from scratch as per project requirements.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain integrations with other third-party systems.
- Must have worked on minimum 1 live projects of Frappe framework which can be showcased in Interview.
- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and stability of developed features.
- Understanding of software development best practices, including version control and code reviews.
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
- Familiarity with current ERPNext, LMS features and functionalities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
