**Key Responsibilities (KRAs):**  

– Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion.  

– Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers and designers.  

– Develop project plans, timelines, and documentation.  

– Oversee the development of Python and React.js applications.  

– Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.  

– Mitigate risks and manage scope changes.  

– Ensure high-quality deliverables through testing and QA processes.  

– Foster a collaborative team environment.  

– Maintain comprehensive project documentation.  

**Requirements:**  

– Minimum Graduation Degree in B.E./B.Tech/BCA.  

– Background in Python required.  

– Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager with focus on Python and React.js projects.  

– Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.  

– Excellent documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.  

– Experience working in startups or early-stage companies.  

– Familiarity with AWS, DevOps, and other front-end/back-end technologies preferred.
