## Technology Specialist – Artificial Intelligence (AI) Services

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a talented and passionate Technology Specialist to join our Information Technology (IT) team. This position is crucial in driving our AI strategy, prioritizing use cases, and delivering business value. As a Technology Specialist – Artificial Intelligence (AI) Services, you will be a technical solution expert working closely with the Application and Data Services Team on establishing their AI Strategy and prioritizing use cases that drive business value with Azure AI Services (Vision, Speech, Language etc.) & Generative AI (including strategic AI partner solutions). 

**Responsibilities:**

* **Provide in-depth AI expertise:** Support PATH’s internal AI tools by providing product and solution briefings, creating demos, conducting proof-of-concept work, and collaborating with product management to prioritize solutions impacting adoption to Azure AI Services (Cognitive services portfolio, Azure Open AI).

* **Recommend integration strategies:** Develop and propose integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required for successful implementation of complete solutions using best practices on Azure AI.

* **Demonstrate Azure AI value:**  Highlight the differentiation and power of Azure AI accelerators by working with customers on POCs, demonstrating features, fine-tuning, optimizing model performance, profiling, and benchmarking. 

* **Shape the organization’s AI strategy:**  Assess Cognitive Services, Azure Search, and Azure OpenAI capabilities, identifying the highest potential applications to address enterprise business needs. 

* **Provide strategic recommendations:** Collaborate with stakeholders to deeply understand workflows, challenges, and requirements to provide strategic recommendations on optimal AI solutions.

* **Build ethical and responsible AI:** Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure AI development respects privacy, complies with regulations, and aligns with responsible AI principles. 

* **Rigorously test AI solutions:**  Ensure AI solutions are thoroughly tested and ready for real-world use.

* **Engage with customers and partners:**  Drive and qualify new opportunities, understand key technical objections, and resolve technical blockers by engaging in conversations with customers and collaborating with account and partner teams.

**Qualifications:**

**Required:**

* 2+ years of experience developing AI solutions on the Microsoft cloud platform.

* Technical expertise in Azure AI (Machine Learning, Cognitive Services) and implementing techniques like NLP, computer vision, and conversational AI to build real-world solutions.

* Knowledge of responsible AI principles implemented on Azure.

* Strong communication skills to effectively explain Microsoft AI solutions to stakeholders.

* Collaboration skills to identify business challenges that can be solved with Azure AI.

* Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and LLM fine tuning.

**Preferred:**

* Experience and skills with Azure Data services.

* Knowledge of the AI open-source ecosystem.

* Knowledge of large language model (LLM) and Foundational models toolsets.

* Experience deploying and managing models with Azure DevOps and Azure Machine Learning.

**Location:**

* This position is based in **Hanoi, Vietnam** or **India (remote in Mumbai).**
