About the Role:

Quest Experience Lab (QEL) is a multidisciplinary product team at Quest Alliance, that works at the intersection of research, design and technology for learning. It creates cutting edge learning solutions that are enabled by technology, for the education and employability sector. As a team, QEL is continuously working on new innovations using emerging tech in combination with design thinking, to make our products thoughtful, smart and engaging for the users.

QuestApp is our flagship product, and is a digital learning platform developed for students and facilitators to learn 21st Century skills anytime, anywhere contributing to their personal and professional growth. Quest App is built using gamification principles, and is available as an online/offline webapp as well as a mobile app. 

This position will primarily focus on management and operations of our ed tech platform.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the administrations of our Ed-tech platform, https://questapp.in
  • Coordinate with the technical support team for bug tracking
  • Report bugs and feature updates with technical vendors
  • Help with training of the app to the end users.
  • Diagnose configurations and issues
  • Create documentation for relevant processes
  • Manage communication on issues with the internal engineering and product team

Requirements

Required Experience

  • 2+ years of managing softwares from a technical support perspective.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems
  • Exposure to basic computer hardware and software
  • Must be comfortable and confident in communication issue resolution and solutions with end users.
  • Great communication skills and understanding of end user needs.
  • Ability and  willingness to learn new technologies as needed and provide excellent general customer service at all times.
  • Knowledge of Raspberry Pi  is desirable.
