Job Description

The Telecalling executive will be responsible for all the outbound/inbound calls of the team. Communication with all key stakeholders as per the guidelines provided by the organization and maintain accurate records of calls made, MIS and update beneficiaries information.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound/inbound calls to prospective stakeholders using the provided call lists or databases.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls made, and customer information in the company’s CRM
  • Convert Leads To Admissions and follow-up with the leads till registration.

Preferred Education Qualification / Experience:

  • Graduation in any stream
  • At Least 1-2 years of experience in Telecalling

Requirements and skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil, both verbal and written
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Basic computer knowledge along with familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills

Other Information:

Reporting to: Lead, Skill-Ed

Joining Date: Immediate

Remuneration:  2,50,000 – 3,00,000 Per Annum, Negotiable based on the candidate’s profile
