**Job Summary:**  

The TGI Fellow will represent TGI at the district level, working closely with stakeholders to support TGI programs and initiatives focused on sustainable management of the Godavari River Basin. The role involves field-based assessments, data collection, progress monitoring, program coordination, community engagement, and fostering partnerships.

**Responsibilities:**

– Represent TGI at the district level in collaboration with local administration, departments, industries, NGOs, and other stakeholders.

– Act as a liaison between TGI and local stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

– Conduct field-based assessments and surveys related to TGI initiatives.

– Collect and analyze data to support program activities and progress reporting.

– Monitor and report on the progress of field activities.

– Assist in implementing programs, providing logistical and administrative support for events and activities.

– Coordinate with local communities and organizations to facilitate program delivery.

– Collaborate with industries, NGOs, and other stakeholders to enhance collective action for sustainable management.

– Foster partnerships and collaborations to amplify TGI impact.

**Mandatory Qualifications:**

– Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, Social Work, or a related field.

– Prior experience in fieldwork, community engagement, or project management is preferred.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the local context.

– Willingness to travel extensively within the district and nearby areas.
