**Job Title:** Trainee/Officer-Donor Retention

 

**Location:** Delhi, India

 

**Job Overview:** 

 

WWF-India is looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our tele-fundraising team as a Trainee/Officer-Donor Retention. You will play a crucial role in engaging donors, building relationships, and securing vital funding for WWF-India’s conservation efforts. 

 

**Responsibilities:**

 

* Engage donors through phone calls and maintain a high level of customer service.

* Convey WWF-India’s mission, vision, and programs to potential donors in a clear and compelling manner.

* Utilize effective communication and networking skills to cultivate a network of dedicated donors and volunteers.

* Build long-term relationships with donors and upgrade them within the donor pyramid.

* Address donor queries and concerns promptly and professionally via phone, email, and mail.

* Maintain and update donor information in the database, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

 

**Qualifications:**

 

* Graduate/Post-Graduate/MBA from a recognized University.

* Excellent English communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with people.

* Highly performance-oriented and capable of working effectively within a team.

* Strong interpersonal skills and a drive to inspire others.

* Public speaking skills and/or prior experience in fundraising are an advantage.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

 

**Experience:**

 

0-1 year of experience in a relevant field.
