**Job Description**
**Job Title:** Trainer – STEM Program (Hyderabad)

**Experience Required:** 1-3 years
**About the Role:**
The Trainer will serve as the single point of contact between Bhumi and school management, teachers, and students in assigned partner schools. They will execute the STEM program and support capacity building for teachers in STEM education.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Deliver the STEM program at designated schools.
– Collaborate with school teams to collect data for MIS and plan timetables.
– Conduct assessments to evaluate program impact.
– Submit monthly reports and capture success stories/testimonials.
**Qualifications:**
– Educational Qualification: Graduation/Post-Graduation (B Ed preferred).
– Experience: 1-2 years in a relevant field.
– Age Criteria: 21-35 years.
**Skills & Attributes:**
– Strong interpersonal, communication, and supervision skills.
– Proficiency in MS Office.
– Understanding of pedagogical aspects in teaching children.
– Networking, problem-solving, and emotional maturity.
– Resourcefulness and self-driven approach.
**Salary Range:** ₹22000 – ₹27000 per month
