Title: Trainer
Location: Delhi/ NCR , Rajasthan
Reports to: Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop, design, and conduct comprehensive Python training courses, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Create advanced, up-to-date course materials, encompassing presentations, practical exercises, and intricate projects to challenge and inspire students.
• Instruct students in mastering Python programming’s intricacies, including advanced concepts, syntax, and industry-relevant applications.
• Provide real-world insights and use cases to impart practical Python knowledge and foster critical thinking.
• Administer regular assessments to evaluate student progress, offering constructive feedback and refining training methodologies.
• Stay at the forefront of Python innovations, trends, and libraries, enhancing course content accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with our curriculum development team to continuously elevate the quality and relevance of training programs.
• Mentor and provide personalized support to students, addressing inquiries and resolving complex programming challenges.
• Maintain meticulous records of student attendance, performance, and detailed feedback.

Preferred candidate profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven track record as a Python Trainer or a demonstrable history of expertise in Python programming.
• In-depth knowledge of Python programming, including advanced topics such as data manipulation, web development, and machine learning.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Patience and adaptability to cater to students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
• Curriculum development and instructional design experience, with a focus on creating engaging and effective learning materials.
• Proficiency in relevant Python libraries and frameworks.
• Industry-recognized Python certifications, such as Python Institute PCAP, PCPP, or others, are highly regarded
