Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Training Need Assessment in the designated area (State / District/ Block Level)Identify gaps based on feedback from Project Head/Project Coordinators/Regional Heads
- Propose solution and plan of action with Sr. Manager-Training / Head T&C
- Planning & deployment of district level training for teachers (Implementation of Training Calendar)Pedagogical/subject specific training
- Leadership training of Head of schools
- Other selected scholastic/co-scholastic training
- School Visit and on the job support to the teachers and academic mentors
- Impact analysis of training organised
- Managing training data and documentation
- Academic support to Team
- Support and Contribute to T&C on other academic assignments related to curriculum, training and assessment
