**Job Title:** Trainers / Master Trainers
**Organization:** Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (India) (AKRSP(I)), a program of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) working across over 30 countries globally. AKRSP(I) focuses on development initiatives in agriculture and climate resilience, work and enterprise, and rural governance across Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, and Maharashtra.
**Job Location:** Various locations in Gujarat (Junagadh, Rajkot, Surendra Nagar, Morbi, Surat, Vapi)
**Experience Required:** 3+ years of proven experience in training and skill development, preferably in digital marketing, business accounting and finance (BAFS), Advanced Excel, and Power BI. Experience working with rural and semi-urban youth is highly desirable.
**Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. Advanced certifications or degrees are a plus.
**Skills & Competencies:**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Proficiency in developing training materials and utilizing various training methodologies.
* Ability to inspire and motivate young individuals from diverse backgrounds.
* Coordination, teamwork, and self-starter with excellent project management skills.
* Hands-on experience with Advanced Excel and Power BI is essential.
* Fluency in local languages and dialects is an advantage.
* Passion for youth development and community engagement.
* Willingness to travel to different training locations within rural and semi-urban areas.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for youth in digital marketing, BAFS, Advanced Excel, and Power BI.
* Utilize a variety of training methods to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.
* Monitor and evaluate trainee progress through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.
* Offer continuous support and mentorship to trainees, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their career goals.
* Facilitate the project implementation and placement process.
