**Role Overview:**
The Training Coordinator will design and deliver training programs for teachers, mentors, and administrators as part of our government partnerships. This is a 12-month contract-based role based in Odisha.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Design and implement capacity-building initiatives.
– Manage master trainers and facilitate high-quality training sessions.
– Identify best practices and challenges, preparing scalable learning materials.
– Use data to enhance training effectiveness.
– Collaborate with the professional development team to strengthen teacher support frameworks.
**Qualifications:**
– 5+ years of experience in education, including 3+ years designing and delivering teacher training programs, preferably in a government setting.
– Fluency in Odia and English (reading, writing, speaking).
– Willingness to travel up to 50%.
– Prior teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
– Strong communication skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and passion for education.
