Roles and Responsibilities:

Content Development

  • Document secondary information, policies, program and relevant best practices.
  • Develop and customize relevant content & support in the conceptualization of framework development including content, design, toolkit, and process for the program.
  • Develop and customize relevant content for EWS based on field insights
  • Support in the conceptualization and support the framework development including content, design and process for the programme
  • Support in creating content for toolkit, digital (whatsapp, voice messages) and non-digital follow up triggers for the different stakeholders

Training & Capacity Building

  • Co-Design, anchor and Implement cascade mode of training with SRG, ARP, HM & teacher.
  • Work with the master trainer group at state/district level and hand hold them for knowledge transfer.
  • Synthesize insights from training into meaningful and actionable steps. Bring in field insights into the capacity building design and review.
  • Guide implementation team to compile training reports received from training and field implementation team and share concise and compelling documents.
  • Build capacity of the District Officers for effective delivery of the training program and make them understand the content/ curriculum.
  • Participate in state level training programs, workshops, meetings.

Program Facilitation: 

  • Facilitate workshop at district and state level for Government Engagement .
  • Participate in all the training sessions and design workshops. Facilitate relevant sessions during training and workshops.
  • Co-design workshops and webinars that are reflective and help various stakeholders to move towards being change agents in the government education system.
  • Co Design workshop and curate resource materials for the stakeholder
  • Identifying and capture the best innovation ideas / good practices during project    period and supporting in incubating those ideas.
  • Conduct  field visits to field locations to capture insights from stake holders.

 Documentation and Qualitative Research                

  • Design, Anchor and Implement all the documentation activities for the Projects.
  • Design Field Insights to support design, development and continuous improvement of EWS programme design, processes and content.
  • Synthesize the training data into meaningful and actionable insights
  • Prepare  Reports and Communicational Material based on findings and insights
  • Create concise and compelling research documents including research plans, guides, results documentation, reports etc.
  • Provide major update for social media platform of the organization on major events and program.

Framework Development

  • Demonstrate good understanding of the design thinking process.
  • Capture and Document Secondary information, policies, programme and best practices relevant to EWS   
  • Able to conceptualize and lead the framework development including content, design and process for the programme
  • Support in creating content for toolkit, digital (whatsapp, voice messages) and non-digital follow up triggers for the different stakeholders
  • Help stakeholders in design and execution of projects at various levels that would address the issues of Educational challenges

Monitoring and Reporting            

  • Providing regular written and verbal reports tracking progress against the work plan and implementation schedules.                 
  • Support in developing appropriate M&E tools for reporting     
  • Ensuring all the program report including case studies, photographs reaches are consolidated at the stipulated time     
  • Prepare and Document Monthly and Quarterly Report               

Others

  • Implementing all relevant activities.
  • Participating in team meetings and reviews, staff engagement activities.               
  • Seeking regular capacity building support from team.               
  • Adhering to all the finance and HR policies of the organization.             
  • Upholding the values of Quest Alliance.       
  • Other duties as required. Occasionally working on weekends and holidays for which compensatory leave can be taken.

 Deliverables:

  • Develop and Test EWS framework – Content, System and Processes
  • Test Tools and Processes in the field for EWS. Capture, document and share data, Insights from different stakeholders.
  • Conduct and Document Training Need Analysis
  • Conduct and Document All Stakeholder Capacity Development Activities including team (District, Block and Schools)
  • Develop and Revise EWS framework, content, manual, tools and processes based on field insights
  • Develop and Implement Training related M&E framework, Design and Tools
  • Share all reports and data as per schedule

Requirements

Qualification:

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work/Rural Management or other development disciplines, with 2-3 years of work experience preferably in the Education sector
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Ability to draft compelling reports grounded in data
  • Ability to train facilitators and youths in the vocational training program and ITI
  • Candidate should be flexible, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and an energetic team player
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, and the Internet.
