**Job Description:**
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our Climate Tech team. The role involves creating user-friendly designs that simplify complex climate data, collaborating with product managers and developers, and ensuring alignment with CEEW’s brand identity while bringing innovative ideas.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Collaborate with product managers to gather and evaluate user requirements.
– Design high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes using Figma.
– Create visually appealing and intuitive user experiences.
– Develop graphics, micro-interactions, state transitions, and animations.
– Troubleshoot UX issues related to responsiveness.
– Ensure consistency with brand identity and incorporate stakeholder feedback efficiently.
**Skills Required:**
– Strong visual design and UI/UX principles.
– Proficiency in Figma and interaction design.
– Understanding of design systems and component libraries.
– Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
– Problem-solving, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
– Knowledge of motion design and accessibility standards.
**Eligibility Criteria:**
– Portfolio showcasing relevant design work with interactive prototypes.
– 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
– Relevant degree or certifications.
– Strong communication and time management skills.
