Job Title: UI/ UX Designer

Job Description

1. Good knowledge of creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboard, and user flows etc.

2. Good knowledge of building mobile responsive website.

3. Knowledge of website Speed Optimization and unit testing

4. Producing products that are user-centric, effective and appealing

5. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team

6. Keeping up-to-date with recent technological and software development landscape

7. Documentation related to scheme activities and system

8. Creation of Social Media posts, newsletter, banners etc

Skills & Abilities

1. Experience of user requirement gathering in collaboration with product managers and engineers.

2. Experience of creating end to end user centric and creative design.

3. Proficiency in delivering design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps

4. Experience of Designing user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets , navigation buttons and search fields

5. Experience of Developing UI mockups and prototypes using tools like Figma & Adobe XD, that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.

6. Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3

7. Working experience in integrating JavaScript, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS); color theory, layout design principles.

8. Proficient understanding of building mobile responsive website

9. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time to meet tight deadlines

10. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as {{Git / Mercurial / SVN}}

Qualifications and Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in design, computer science, or MCA/ B.E./ B.Tech/ M.Sc. in any specialization
• 1+ years’ of proven work experience as a UI/UX designer or a similar role
• Portfolio of UI/UX design work for both mobile and web platforms studies
• Experience in work experience in large corporates or any govt. organization in the IT domain
