### **Key Responsibilities**
– Development of conversational flows for TAP Buddy, a WhatsApp bot designed to engage and assist students.
– Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into conversational experiences.
– Identify design problems and incorporate conversation design principles.
– Create user-friendly, engaging, and intuitive conversation flows in Hinglish that reflect TAP Buddy’s friendly and enthusiastic persona.
– Develop best practices for conversation design, including intent mapping, entity recognition, error handling, and fallback strategies.
– Conduct user research, A/B testing, and analysis to optimize conversational designs based on feedback and engagement metrics.
– Ensure alignment with tone of voice guidelines for a consistent, approachable, and supportive user experience.
– Monitor performance and adjust designs to improve user engagement and interaction satisfaction.
– Document conversation designs and collaborate with developers for seamless integration.
– Contribute to internal guidelines and design standards.
– Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

### **Qualifications & Experience**
– Strong understanding of conversational AI, NLP, and intent-based dialogue systems.
– Knowledge of UX principles as they apply to conversation design.
– Ability to analyze conversational data for improvements.
– Proficiency in Hinglish and experience creating content resonating with a young audience.
– Strong understanding of conversation design, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
– Experience with user research, moderation, and analysis.
– Ability to create graphic design collaterals like posters, stickers, GIFs, and videos.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
– Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
– Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus.

5.90 – 8.80 LPA (inclusive of EPF & Medical Insurance)
