**Job Title:** UX/UI Frontend HTML Designer
**Location:** IIM Ahmedabad Campus, Ahmedabad, Vastrapur
**Experience Required:** 1-2 years of relevant experience

IIM Ahmedabad seeks a creative and detail-oriented Frontend HTML Designer to join our team. This role combines UI/UX design with coding to create visually appealing web experiences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Design and develop responsive web pages using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
– Translate design mock-ups into functional web interfaces.
– Collaborate with teams to enhance UI/UX across applications.
– Create engaging designs including banners, landing pages, and email templates.
– Optimize web pages for speed, scalability, and mobile responsiveness.
– Apply modern design principles for clean and intuitive user experiences.
– Ensure compatibility of designs across browsers and devices.
**Technical Skills:**
– Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3.
– Basic JavaScript knowledge.
– Experience with responsive frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
– Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or Sketch.
– Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first design.
– Ability to convert design mock-ups into functional web pages.
– Strong eye for detail, typography, color balance, and visual design.
– Knowledge of UX principles and communication skills.
**Preferred Skills:**
– Experience with front-end libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js).
– Familiarity with CSS or JavaScript animations.
– Understanding of SEO-friendly HTML structure and accessibility standards.
– Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
– Experience with designing for CMS (e.g., WordPress).
