NSRCEL, a section-8 not-for-profit entity, is IIM Bangalore’s startup hub and incubation center.  Its mission is to support ventures with the potential for significant economic and societal impact.  Supported by the Department of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, NSRCEL engages with numerous ventures annually through various program tracks across India.  It partners with leading corporations like Alstom, Capgemini, Goldman Sachs, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and Maruti Suzuki to support entrepreneurs and startups, focusing on climate-tech, women entrepreneurship, and social impact.

**Experience Required:** 15+ years of experience as a founder or in business leadership, consulting, product, or program management.

**Responsibilities:**

* Own the roadmap for NSRCEL’s incubation stack, including mentorship, business services partners, corporate innovation partners, knowledge hub, and data products.

* Ensure effective implementation of incubation products across all program tracks.

* Design, implement, and codify experiences from idea and early-revenue stage incubation programs.

* Be responsible for program outcomes, quality, financial health, and program rigor.

* Cultivate strong relationships with donors, funding partners, mentors, and faculty.

* Play a key role in influencing strategic decisions for NSRCEL and serve as an organizational spokesperson.

**Requirements:**

* MBA or postgraduate degree from a Tier 1 institution.

* 15+ years of experience as a founder or in business leadership, consulting, product, or program management.

* Deep understanding of the Indian entrepreneurship ecosystem and a passion for the science of entrepreneurship.

* Proven ability to lead effectively in dynamic environments.

* Self-starter with a bias for action.
