## Volunteer Associate Manager – Corporate Partnerships

**Job Location:** Bengaluru
**Experience Required:**
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social change and has a proven track record of successfully implementing projects. Experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and community outreach is highly desirable.
**Responsibilities:**
* **Ideating and Sourcing Volunteering Opportunities:** Develop innovative volunteer activities that align with our corporate partners’ values and cater to their interests. Network with NGOs in the fields of environment, education, city and animal welfare to identify and cultivate new opportunities.
* **Planning and Logistics:** Meticulously plan and manage volunteer projects, ensuring seamless coordination between NGOs, corporate partners, and volunteers. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
* **Implementation of Volunteering Activities:** Energetically lead and inspire teams of volunteers, fostering a positive and engaging environment. Adapt to unexpected challenges and troubleshoot on-the-go. Track and measure project impact, providing comprehensive reports.
**Must Haves:**
* Project planning and management expertise
* Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
* Proficient in stakeholder management
* Strong problem-solving orientation and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint) and basic Excel
* Design skills using tools like Canva
* Exceptional team player
* Willingness to travel
* Innately hospitable and driven by nature
