Role Overview:
- As an Individual Contributor in Product Management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of [B2C/B2B] products from ideation to launch and beyond.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and delivery.
- With 2-6 years of experience in product management, you will bring your passion for technology and user-centric mindset to drive the success of our products in the market.
Responsibilities:
User Experience and Customer Insights:
- Deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors through user research and data analysis.
- Champion the user experience, advocating for customer-centric design and usability throughout the product development lifecycle.
- · Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive successful product outcomes.
- · Present product metrics and updates to stakeholders, including senior management, in a clear and concise manner.
Product Strategy and Roadmap:
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and articulate product vision, strategy and roadmap.
· Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify product opportunities and areas for improvement.
· Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs and other objectives.
· Write detailed product specifications and collaborate with engineering and design to ensure smooth Product Development and Launch:
· Lead the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of product features and updates.
· Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and user-friendly designs.
· Plan and execute product launches, working with marketing and sales to ensure successful go-to-market strategies.
Product Performance and Iteration:
· Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and iterate on the product as needed.
· Continuously monitor market trends and industry developments to ensure the product remains competitive and aligned with market demands.
· Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on [B2C/B2B] products in the technology industry.
· Strong understanding of product development methodologies, user-centered design, and agile development practices.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed product decisions.
· Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and drive results as an individual contributor.
· Passion for technology, innovation, and staying abreast of industry trends.
