Roles & Responsibilities of Zonal Manager :

  • The Zonal Manager under the School Transformation Program will primarily be responsible for Overseeing and implementing the STEM Program in the given location
  • Will be handling 1-2  districts in implementing the various School related projects of Bhumi
  • To build a strong rapport with Education officials of the district and work closely with the School management
  • Conduct Feasibility studies in the identified locations and arriving the list of schools and communities with the complete details of the school in the template shared by Bhumi
  • Conducts Monthly and Quarterly review of the projects with the trainers
  • Visit the schools to monitor the program in the assigned districts at a regular interval
  • Mentor the Trainer’s day-to-day deliverables based on the quarterly goals and implementation plan
  • Conducting Baseline and Endline assessments of the project
  • Plan & Execute the School level events and competitions
  • Ensure effective communication and reporting upward and down the line of all matters related to the efficiency and effectiveness of the School Transformation Program.
  • Maintain all documents and records as per the prescribed formats. Submitting Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports
  • Responsible for all kinds of Materials and Hardware’s (STEM Kit) covered under the program
  • Need to visit Bhumi registered office at Chennai for important meetings and events based on program requirements

Preferred Education Qualification / Experience:

  • Post-Graduation with a minimum of  5 years’ experience in a relevant field
  • Should be a quick learner to understand and execute the structured program
  • Operation Management skills for effective delivery of the program
  • Experience in reporting, training, monitoring, and evaluating the projects
  • Ability to mentor the team to achieve Programmatic goals towards achieving Org goals
  • Good English speaking & writing skills

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and supervision Skills
  • Good orientation of MS Office
  • Good understanding of the pedagogical aspects involved in teaching children.
  • Good people engagement, networking, and listening skills
  • Ability to drive outcome-oriented plans through the team’s collective effort
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Emotional maturity to build relationships, empathize with the perspectives/needs of team members and develop others
  • Highly resourceful and self-driven
  • Forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions

Other Information:

Scope: Full time

Reports to Sr. Manager – Iginite schools, Bhumi on day to day operations and management

Remuneration: 4,20,000 p.a. – 5,00,000 p.a., based on the candidate’s skill and experience

Expected Joining Date: Immediate

Location: Minjur, Shozhavaram – Tiruvallur District
