Job Description
We are looking for passionate and motivated professionals with a knowledge of Research Design & methodologies and has an understanding of Impact Assessment & Evaluation, Monitoring & Evaluation, Data Analysis, Report writing and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of research projects on Impact Evaluation practices in the development sector.
Assist in data collection panning and logistics.
Transcribe interviews and qualitative data, while ensuring all data quality parameters are met.
Assist in the analysis of data and report writing based on the data collected.
Documentation of key meetings and processes, especially by ensuring that minutes of the meeting are maintained.
Experience and Qualification Required
Post-graduate or equivalent in any social science discipline or any Social Sciences, or Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 yrs of relevant work experience in development sector
Excellent language and communication skills – written and oral
Knowledge of research designs and methodologies
Exposure to Program Monitoring and Evaluation in social sector
Exposure to social sector organisations
Ability to work in teams
Demonstrated ability to take ownership, have accountability, work in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team, and strong problem-solving skills
