Key Responsibilities:

Program Delivery 

  • Operate with a deeper understanding of the Community Led Monitoring Model (CLM design)
  • Lead the overall engagement in alignment to the frameworks of CLM design
  • Drive activities pertaining to scoping, budgeting, designing and execution of the program in an effective and efficient manner
  • Ensure strong project management, team management and overall profitability of projects along with team well-being and growth
  • Co-create solutions to meet client’s current and future needs, working closely with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Ensure creation and adoption of high-quality assets and knowledge products
  • Travel to various project sites to oversee program delivery and management

Stakeholder Management:

  • Liaison and coordinate with representatives/key stakeholders from SACS, USAID and NACO.
  • Ensure operational effectiveness across the CLM program cycle by closely working with the State Program Manager
  • Establish credibility through active relationship building and co-creating solutions with the senior management of the client organisation as well as key ecosystem players who possess deep sectoral and functional knowledge; influence decision-making and action to enable positive and sustainable impact in the stakeholder ecosystem

Institution Building:

  • Lead internal strategic initiatives at the unit or organisational level that help contribute towards Sattva’s continued development
  • Participate in building and strengthening internal systems and processes which contribute towards effective and efficient functioning of the unit and organisation
  • Contribute towards the development of junior team members, and towards a strong culture and working environment overall
  • Build, structure and develop knowledge to share internally within the organisation as well as at the ecosystem level
  • Impact and Sustainability Building
  • Contribute in building scope for innovations in the project to ensure further scale and sustainability
  • Support in business development activities by ensuring successful delivery, managing the client account, and supporting internal teams in developing concept notes/sales pitches for additional opportunities

The Ideal Candidate:

  • We are looking for a candidate who is self-driven, curious, adaptable, and has the ability to produce high-quality results while managing ambiguity.
  • Candidate should have at least 9+ years of experience with strong experience in managing and implementing Public Health Programmes, specifically under the National AIDS Control Programme (NACP)
  • Candidate should have a deep understanding of the targeted interventions driven by NACO in the HIV/AIDS domain
  • Candidate should possess Masters in Public Health/ Social Work, MBA or any other equivalent subject(s)
  • Candidate must be based out of Delhi
  • Prior experience of government liasoning and managing multi-stakeholder projects would be highly desirable
