- Nasscom has recently initiated a Nasscom AI group with a mission to enable and augment the Data and AI ecosystem within the country.
- The key stakeholders in this journey of Nasscom AI are Government, Industry, Academia, Startups, and Investors.
- Nasscom AI partners with these ecosystem players to create socio-economic impact through Data and AI.
- Strategic Leadership: Serve as a thought leader in AI, representing Nasscom at national and international forums, committees, and with ecosystem partners.
- Initiative Management: Lead strategic AI adoption projects, coordinating with government bodies, startups, enterprises, academia, and investors to drive socio-economic benefits.
- Technical Guidance: Provide expert advice on Data Science and AI trends, technologies, and best practices to internal teams and ecosystem partners.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the technical success of Nasscom AI initiatives, driving discussions and decisions.
- Innovation: Identify opportunities for AI to solve critical challenges in sectors such as agriculture or BFSI and guide the development and deployment of innovative solutions.
- Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
- Education: An MBA, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 15-20 years in business research/analytics and the IT industry, with a strong track record in Data Science and AI.
- Technical Expertise:Deep understanding of Data Architecture, Governance frameworks, and Cloud technologies.
- Proven experience in designing and executing Data Science and AI projects, with a focus on MLOps/AIOps implementation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
- Collaborative Skills: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Domain Knowledge: Previous projects and expertise in sectors such as Agriculture or BFSI are highly desirable.
