We are looking for an experienced person who has worked in the area of content development, capacity building with a focus on government school systems. The role of the Learning Experience Manager is going to be critical in supporting the overall content development, review and the capacity building strategy in the region.

Role Description

Content Development, Capacity Building and Implementation support 

Anchor the content and capacity-building work plan and ensure all deliverables are met
Take responsibility for effective content creation, curation, and capacity building for Internal team, Teachers, HM and Govt officials.
Understand existing content, research, customize, create, curate – all of this will be critical to your role.
Ensure that there is a plan for implementation of content and regular catch-up and monitoring to see its effectiveness to feedback into closing gaps/loops.
Anchor discussions with internal and external teams (consultants) and follow the processes to onboard consultants/agencies in content development and/or training.
Identify and Design the learning journey of Teachers, HMs, Students and the Quest internal implementation team : the key stakeholders.
Facilitate relevant meetings or Trainings as needed.
Provide coordination support for content curation and training support facilitation by working closely with the central Learning Experience Team.
Drive experimentation and innovation strategies.
Work closely with the state program team to develop a roadmap for content and capacity building requirements.
Work closely on new content projects and learning experience journeys as they emerge within the Schools program ecosystem
 

KRA 2: Relationship Management – Stakeholders (Internal and External)

Collaborate with M&E team to ensure the data capturing framework for digital learning.
Collaborate with the research team to create frameworks to understand learner personas.
Collaborate with the communications team to prepare and disseminate content on specific content related themes.
Build capacities of team members to introduce  curriculum to stakeholders, demonstrate content related activities in schools.
Build capacities of team members to ensure implementation of activities, templates and frameworks created for key stakeholders capacity building. 
 

KRA 3: Reporting

Be available for regular line management meeting and the appraisal processes 
Work with the monitoring and evaluation focal persons to develop monitoring and reporting systems aligned with Strategic Framework and donor requirement
Work together with M&E or data focal point to track program Progress based on the Monitoring and Evaluation framework.
Ensure all the relevant data for your program is available on time 
Ensure the monitoring tools are understood by the team and is used for reporting 
Submit all the relevant monitoring reports on time. Ensure all the relevant data for the project is available well in time
Ensure the program process is documented and enough case studies are in place to show the impact or progress of the program. 
Ensure the data is analysed and feeds into the planning and review meeting.
Anchor the Level 3 reviews at a State level, ensuring the decks and the reviews happen in a smooth and productive manner.
 

Required skills and Experience: 

Minimum 8 to 10 years of work experience, in implementing school transformation approaches in the government school context 
Hands-on experience with working on gender, coding/ computational  skills/ STEM and life and career skills for school students
Prior experience in content development and implementation and teacher capacity building 
Willingness to learn and influence prevalent practices in education ecosystem
Relevant education qualifications for handling pedagogy, STEM, gender and life skills content
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in english 
Excellent IT skills
Willingness to travel extensively
Ability to train, build capacity of, and manage relationships with partner NGOs
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other teams
