Job Opporunity For Senior Backend Developer At NavGurukul

Roles and responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Meraki’s backend systems.
• Collaborate with product manager to translate Product requirements into technical specifications.
• Work closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration between backend and frontend components.
• Architect and maintain a highly scalable, performant, and secure backend infrastructure.
• Implement best practices in code quality, documentation, and testing.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing your expertise and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the backend development landscape.ad the teacher training programs for the various partners
• Apply if you have:
• 3+ years of experience as a Backend Developer, with a proven track record of success in designing, developing, and implementing complex backend solutions.
• Expertise in Node.js, Python, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of web application architectures, APIs.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation & Culture:

• NavGurukul’s salaries are at par with most not-for-profits in the country. For this role, the salary bracket is 5 to 6 LPA.
