Expected Deliverable:

1) Research on the latest job trends in the market
2) Sourcing opportunities in the formal sector for the youth across Lighthouses
3) Liaison and coordination with new employers across Pune City by calling and visits
4) Getting employers for in-house campus drive/job fairs
5) Holding daily placement meetings with the Placement Youth Coordinators of each Lighthouse for
briefing them about the new job vacancies
6) Coordinating with them to align candidates from each Lighthouse for interviews
7) Collecting daily placement data from the Placement Youth Coordinators and publishing report
8) Arrange and conduct placement preparation sessions with the youth
9) Conduct orientation programs across the Lighthouse for the youth
10) Placements Tracking, preparing reports and Audit to be done on a regular basis
11) Maintain proper data and documentation on a daily basis

Preferred Skill Sets, Years of Experience, Professional Background:

1) Post-Graduation in any field, with 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment
2) Target driven, Self-driven, excellent time management and multitasking skills
3) Strong orientation towards relationship building and problem-solving
4) Deep Empathy and a strong commitment towards youth’s development and growth
5) Ability to handle deadlines with attention to detail including data accuracy
6) Proficiency in Microsoft tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
7) Strong English communication
