N/P: Immediately to 15 days

Job Description:

1. Ability to manage a profit center, optimize revenue, sales & marketing orientation & asset utilization, goods in administration and delivery management.

2. Laising with local bodies, Associates, key brand visibility, location owners, institute heads, NGO and the community to maintain positive energies, Mass/Group/ individuals counseling at different places of city/District such as village, Residences, Hub, Schools etc.

3. Implement & review process, take care of the education center, students and team member with high quality standards, Create methodologies and metric based on business requirements, dynamic re engineering, and review implementations and take corrective plans and actions.

4. HO level functional follow ups, coordination, closure of operating issues to run smoothly center operations.

5. Responsible for team training, development, engagement and growth, control attribution in the team.

6. Able to track competition/market analysis & feedback to HO for new products.

Educational Qualification:

1. Should be graduated (any stream)

Experience/Skills:

1. 2 to 4 years with at least 2 yrs in handling independent profit centers operations, Leading a team of 3 to 4 people.

2. Good written and spoken communication skills, presentation skills, People managing skills, Team handling

3. Background of training industry is must.

4. Should have a good exposure to Regional Language.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
