Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Lead in research, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Support in employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Support in recruitment and selection process
- Develop and implement employee engagement activities and motivation programs
- Support in quarterly and annual performance reviews and recording performance metrics
- Develop organisational surveys, evaluate the reports and support with solution and plans for the problem areas.
- Support to assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in the HR domain.
- Good interpersonal communication skills. Should be able to work in cross-functional teams.
- People oriented and results driven
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases and knowledge of Organisation behaviour principles will be an added advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of HR Best Practices
- Degree in Human Resources or Organisational Psychology
