What would you do? – Roles and Responsibilities

We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about creating purposeful prototypes and scalable program designs. If you possess intellectual curiosity, creativity, and an unwavering belief that technology as an open, digital infrastructure can enable rigorous, continuous learning opportunities for education leaders, then you are the ideal candidate for the job.
As the Program Design & Research Lead, you would –

A. Apply deep understanding of the fields of education leadership, and program design with the objective of designing effective prototypes & programs, and creating reference solutions towards implementation of the design

B. Develop program design including program objectives, theory of change, theory of action and elements for monitoring and evaluation

C. Research, consolidate and document program modules to create program packages that can be used by various stakeholders in the ecosystem

D. Reach out and proactively work with knowledge partners, subject matter experts and implementation partners to co-design and implement prototypes

E. Coordinate with actors at the state-level to conceptualise and co-design programs

Who are we looking for? – Requirements and Qualifications

1. 3-5 years of work experience in Education and/or in designing programs and solutions
2. Knowledge of best practices, processes, and current developments in program theory and design thinking
3. Domain knowledge of Education and/or Education leadership
4. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and possess stakeholder management skills
5. Appreciation and/or experience in Societal Platforms
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Willingness to learn, research and innovate

8. Capability to manage self and time
9. Comfort and facility with technology

Location: Bengaluru
Remuneration: An annual CTC of INR 7.2 Lakhs
