We leverage on ground  presence and the use of data and technology tools to strengthen last mile delivery of programs to the  most vulnerable populations.  

About the Position  

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional who is keen on taking up Analyst role in a project focused towards the issue of of air pollution, energy transition, urban planning and alikes. The work will be focused around curating communication with relevant stakeholders, communicating with team members placed in various locations, support the team during events, conduct need assessment, situation analysis, data analysis, and brainstorming with relevant stakeholders. The Analyst will be expected to come up with high energy and contribute in better functioning of the team, contribute in management of field associates in their functioning, managing the communication with policymakers like Parliamentarians and work with the team lead. The position provides tremendous opportunity to get exposure to multiple domains while working with the policy makers and allied departments of the government.

Remuneration: Commensurate to the experience and market standards 

Base location of operation: New Delhi 

Travel requirement: Occasional 

Qualifications  

  • Post-graduate degree in any field with a preference for those possessing a degree in environment, urban planning, disaster management, energy and other similar disciplines 
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience of working with policymakers with a strong preference for those working on issues of air pollution/clean air policy, renewable energy etc.
  • At least 1 year experience of working with the government
    Prior experience of working with multilateral agencies and large foundations will be favourably  looked upon. 

Responsibilities 

  • Building communication channel and provide knowledge support to parliamentarians and key government bodies
  • Support the project lead in management of team members placed in various locations
  • Support team members placed on ground in various locations
  • Developing communication material on the topics of concern relating to environment, air pollution, renewables, climate and energy 
  • Presenting recommendations to high level stakeholders in the Government
  • Stakeholder management and communication
