About The/Nudge:
The/Nudge Foundation is a collective of some of India’s brightest entrepreneurs, leaders, and change-makers, tackling the greatest human development challenge of our times – poverty. Our work is organized across three impact streams:
- Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE): enables underprivileged youth to lead flourishing lives
- Centre for Rural Development (CRD): enables rural families to come out of extreme poverty
- Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): nudges top talent to solve India’s biggest challenges
At The/Nudge you will:
- plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns
- measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess them against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights
understand how to use all research and lead generation tools available, including internet sources such as social and business media - analyze and present digital marketing results
- improve performance through reporting & analytics
Apply if you have:
- 1-3 years of work experience in digital marketing channels, techniques & tools: including, but not limited to PPC, SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, Affiliates & Google Analytics
- experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hubspot, etc)
- experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaign
