Roles and Responsibilities (Project Antarmaan under Teach For India)

Volunteers (30 positions) – On-site post (Munirka)

• Primary data collection (School level survey).

• Collecting data and pieces of evidence during data collection.

• Comfortable using Google apps/MS office.

• Data Entry Operator.

• Feeding data post surveys, assessments, and feedback.

• Familiar with the formulas and techniques.

(You will be guided through the steps, and the team will be there to help.)

Expectations:

• Commitment to delivering work products on time.

• Communicating in case of any doubt or inability to meet the deadlines.

• The role requires you to work in close collaboration with the team, so it will be expected of you to maintain frequent, respectful, and responsible communication with the team.

• Ability to operate with a sense of accountability.

• Maintain quality standards as communicated by the team.

• 5-6 hours a day.
