• Udhyam Vyapaar focuses on nano businesses in India, and solving large problems faced by them, at scale; having already enabled Rs 25 crores annualised income uplift for 5000+ entrepreneurs.

Vyapaar at Udhyam:

At Udhyam Vyapaar, we are democratizing entrepreneurship by working with nano entrepreneurs, helping them to scale and succeed by overcoming roadblocks towards their next wave of growth. The Core Team Member Generalist role is designed to own and execute the next big solution that creates massive impact at scale for the chosen segment within Nano Entrepreneurs. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

Owning end-to-end – the identification of Vyapaari (nano-businesses) problems and scalable solutioning implementation until sustainable income uplift is achieved. 

Typical responsibilities include:

• Learning from domain specialists
• Understanding of Vyapaari context thru’ primary research
• Identifying commonalities and patterns in their problems and context
• Design, prototype, pilot suitable interventions towards income uplift at scale
• Data based decision making

Skills, Experience and Mindsets:

• Must-have: passion to create impact-at-scale for Vyapaaris; 
• Proven experience in problem solving and creation  
• At least 5 years work-experience; Senior Folks with significantly higher experience are also welcome
